Managing and Accessing your Membership Account & the Biddi Clubhouse

Welcome to the Munda Biddi Family!

Whether you’re first time or renewing member, thank you for supporting the Trail.

Your membership isn’t just about the benefits, it leaves a lasting legacy for the Trail and other riders. Your membership is helping us care for and grow the Munda Biddi Trail, supporting volunteers, events, and advocacy. We’re proud to have you as part of the Foundation family!

About the MBTF Membership System

We’ve streamlined our membership to make it simpler, smarter, and more convenient:

  • Paperless — Digital confirmation email + purchase number = official proof. Less paper and less waste.
  • Online Management — Manage your membership anytime. Update details, review orders, or change your plan in just a few clicks.
  • Easy Access — No passwords! Sign in securely with a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your email.
  • Automated Renewals — Stay connected effortlessly. Membership renews automatically unless you opt out—you can continue supporting the Trail or pause/cancel anytime.

Accessing your Membership Account & the Biddi Clubhouse

When you  purchase a membership, the system automatically sets up an online account (this includes Biddi Friendly Businesses and Affiliate Organisations).

With a membership purchase you’ll receive an automated confirmation email titled ‘Welcome to the Munda Biddi Trail Foundation’ that outlines the sign in/access steps.

If you don’t receive this email, please check your junk mail or spam folder.

First-time Members (post- March 2026)

Click the Person icon (top right of the MBTF website)

  • Your email from the purchase should automatically grant account access.

  • If not:

    1. Enter your purchase email and select Continue.

    2. A one-time code (OTP) will be emailed to you.

    3. Enter the code to sign in.

Once Signed In:

  • Manage your orders, membership plan, and profile settings.

  • Access the Biddi Clubhouse, via the link at the top of the account page.

  • Return to the homepage via the MBTF logo.

Renewing Members (pre-March 2026)

If you joined prior to March 2026 using the old password system and have recently tried to access your account or the Biddi Clubhouse, you may see the message below. This means you may be temporarily locked out while the new system reactivates your access.

To access it again you’ll need to reactivate your account to move to the OTP system, by following these steps:

  1. Clear your browser data, cookies and history.

  2. Click on the Person icon on the top right of the MBTF homepage to sign in.

  3. Enter your purchase email and select Continue.

  4. A one-time code (OTP) will be emailed to you.

  5. Enter the code to sign in.

Once Signed In:

  • Manage your orders, membership plan, and profile settings (address, email, payment).

  • Access the Biddi Clubhouse, via the link on the account page.

  • Return to the homepage via the MBTF logo.

Updates and Renewals

You can manage your membership anytime in your account via the Person icon using your OTP passcode.

Renewal Reminder: 7-days prior to your scheduled Annual or 3‑year renewal, you’ll receive an email to review your account. Unless you update your details or opt out, your membership fee will be automatically deducted.

Before renewal, you can:

  • Update payment details

  • Change contact information

  • Adjust your membership plan

  • Cancel or opt out

Biddi Friendly Businesses & Affiliate Organisations

If you are a Biddi Friendly Business or Affiliate Organisation, you will receive a ‘Join Up’ Starter Pack. You can access your account page as a standard member.

Our team will also contact you to gather your business details and key service offerings to promote within the Trail community.
