Continue ShoppingMembership of the Munda Biddi Trail Foundation may be purchased by application in the prescribed manner, currently online through www.mundabiddi.org.au.
By purchasing or renewing a MBTF membership, members agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, and the policies of the Foundation.
Once a membership or renewal application is accepted, the Munda Biddi Trail Foundation will issue a payment confirmation electronically, within five business days. Paid members will receive instructions on how to access entitlements.
The MBTF reserves the right not to accept any membership or renewal application, at its absolute discretion.
Membership is yearly or three-yearly from the date a membership or renewal application is accepted. Individuals who join on Feb 4th 2022, for example, would remain a member until Feb 3rd 2023, or Feb 3rd 2025, depending on the length of membership purchased.
Payment terms are strictly in accordance with the payment schedule stipulated on the renewal invoice, emailed to members.
The membership or renewal applicant must fully pay their account as specified in the payment terms. Intention to renew must be provided to the Foundation prior to the closing date specified on the renewal invoice. If full payment is not received within the agreed payment terms, the membership may be forfeited.
In general, payments are non-refundable if a member changes their mind regarding their membership purchase. If an account is referred to debt collection services, the member will be liable for any fees, charges, disbursements and commissions relating to collection of the debt, in addition to the membership payment.
Except where expressly noted, all prices include GST and any applicable levies.
The Munda Biddi Trail Foundation is under no obligation to refund or credit payments relating to a membership, either in full or in part, unless required by law. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit, restrict or exclude rights available under Australian Consumer Law. In general, the Foundation does not offer refunds or credit due to a change of mind or a change in personal circumstances.
The Munda Biddi Trail Foundation reserves the right to cancel any membership at the club’s discretion.
A person ceases to be a member when any of the following takes place—
1. for an Ordinary Member or Junior Member, the individual dies;
2. for a member that is an Organisation, the organisation is wound up or otherwise ceases to exist;
3. the member resigns from the Association under rule 11;
4. the member is expelled from the Association under rule 16;
5. the member ceases to be a member under rule 13(4);
6. the member fails to pay any membership fees that may be set from time to time.
The secretary must keep a record, for at least one year after a member ceases to be a member, of the date on which the member ceased to be a member; and the reason why the member ceased to be a member.
A member may resign from membership of the Association by giving written notice of the resignation to the secretary. The resignation takes effect—
1. when the secretary receives the notice; or
2. if a later time is stated in the notice, at that later time.
3. A person who has resigned from membership of the Association remains liable for any fees that are owed to the Association (the owed amount) at the time of resignation.
4. The owed amount may be recovered by the Association in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due to the Association.
The rights of a member are not transferable and end when membership ceases.
All personal information that you provide will be used only for the administration of the Foundation. Members of the Foundation may inspect the membership records free of charge by arrangement with the secretary via admin@mundabiddi.org.au.
The Munda Biddi Trail Foundation reserves the right to amend, from time to time, the terms and conditions of MBTF membership and the Foundation policies, without prior notice. Members will have no claim against the Foundation by reason of any change made to the terms and conditions of Foundation membership or MBTF policies.
